Listening Road Trip


A UK-wide road trip to listen and gather people's experiences of using and deliver health and social care services.

We share these stories to create rich one to one interactions between people, outside clinical settings, to boost understanding and empathy between individuals.

We also draw out insights to inform service design and policy making. We can’t change the culture of entire care systems, but we can create opportunities for individuals to think and feel differently about the decisions they make.
