Ian Quick

Technical Lead 

Ian is an established change leader with 20 years' experience in results-based management and major change initiatives. This includes the re-design of global systems for multilateral organisations including the World Bank, UN High Commissioner for Refugees and UN Development Programme. Recent work includes evaluation of leadership development initiative for more inclusive and equitable workplaces (18,000 staff globally) and a ground-breaking listening project on values and self-care in public service in highly stressful environments. Within the UK he has worked on numerous staff and patient change initiatives as well as strategic evaluations across the NHS. He holds degrees in public policy (Harvard University); finance (University of New South Wales) and law (ibid); and professional accreditations in strategic innovation (Oxford University) and legal practice (the College of Law).
